26. me. sleep. and snuggles. 

Today my intention was to ensure my practice was for me. And about me. Because yoga cannot be well practiced if it’s for anyone else. Or if I’m concerned about what anyone else is doing or thinking. 

And wouldn’t you know it, I was able to listen to my body so much better. I was able to sink deeper into our Yin poses without pushing. Doing as a teacher instructed, listening and waiting for the invitation (@seasonsofsummer has a lot of good tips). 

Then I got to come home to snuggle with my favorite little bug. He’s the sweetest soul. I’m glad he chose me and the universe brought our paths together. 

Ps. Yin isn’t so bad 😜
