17. non-dairy froyo. mini yoga retreats. and feeling refreshed.

Today after work I spent almost 4 hours at the studio. A 2 hour yoga/essential oils workshop followed up with an hour long Yin class followed up with a fifteen minute Nidra session. All of which I ended by treating myself with some tasty non-dairy froyo from my favorite shop. 

Today was refreshing. I smell like yummy essential oils. And Nidra is magical. I love leaving a yoga class feeling so dazed and self aware at the same time. Like nothing at all could bother me because everything is always okay. Because it is, really. 

There is so much to figure out in life. But it’s also always okay.
