4. running. stretching. and general exercise. 

Today marks officially day one of my seven week training for #thatdamnrun! 

Which means yoga is a little more relaxed, a little more about stretching out post run. And a little less about proper poses and using mats on carpet (which I’m learning I do not like at all).

But man. All those cardio endorphins have me feeling all of the happy feelings and ready to take on the rest of the day. Exercise is once again becoming one of my favorite things.

Halfway through week one with #yogaeverydamnday and the #yogagirlchallenge!! Forever grateful for @yoga_girl and the community she’s facilitated
